I ran out of coins. What do I do?
Coins can be obtained in a number of ways. You can purchase coins in the Store or through a popup game window. You can wait for your hour bonus and activate it. You can exchange your Status points for coins. You can exchange crystals for coins. You can ask your friends to send you coins as a gift.
The server was taken offline to update the software. I was playing at the time and my bid disappeared. What do I do?
In the event the game server stops working while you’re playing, your bids with game money don’t disappear. All bids are automatically returned within 30-60 minutes after the server comes back online. If for some reason your game money isn’t returned, please e-mail technical support, indicate the which game you were playing when the server disconnected, the size of the bid and the ending time of the match.
